Series consists of some of the files of the Supervisor of the Private Manuscripts Section, pertaining to the Section's operations, Reading Room activities, staff meetings, acquisition of and access to private records, as well as microfilming projects. Files include annual reports of the Private Manuscripts Section, monthly reading room activities reports, minutes of Archives of Ontario staff meetings, tax certificates for donations of private records, requests for access to private and government records and documentation on restrictions to access, lists of newspapers on microfilm, microfilming policies and procedures, and instruction and information to reading room staff.
